Teams – There is a variety of teams available at Cross Point. Some require more time than others. Some may meet weekly, monthly or less often. Others may meet several times, but only during a month or so.
Dream Team – Meets once a quarter to help set the direction of the church, take inventory to see how we are doing and what we can do better.
Staff Parish Relations Committee – This team’s function is to communicate and partner with the Pastor and staff, to maintain a healthy church environment. This is primarily done through annual evaluations, where open feedback is provided to and received from the Pastor and Staff. Input to the SPRC is welcomed from the congregation to the SPRC, which in turn can be discussed with the Pastor and/or Staff.
Additionally, goals for the church, Pastor, staff and congregation are established and reviewed periodically. In acting as a liaison the SPRC strives to discourage the creation of difficult situations by not keeping secrets. Rather open professional input will be handled with the utmost confidentiality. For further information or to express your interest in this team contact Bill Wonderlich (bllwonderlich@gmail.com).
Finance – The activities of the finance committee can include a variety of things. Some of the major activities include proper tracking of offerings, budget preparation, and review of expenses.
